When you decide that you want to end your marriage, an enormous amount of emotions will naturally flood you.
One of the things that I wanted to talk about today is the guilt you may have about initiating your divorce and feelings you may have about abandoning your spouse.
I would like to take the time to point out to everyone that sometimes your spouse has already abandoned YOU.
When it comes to sensitive issues such as infidelity, affairs, excessive pornography use, physical abuse, emotional abuse, mental abuse ~ please know, that if you have been a victim of ANY of these, then your spouse has already done the abandoning and it is NOT your fault.
Your spouse has the RESPONSIBILITY to treat you with respect, love, dignity, and care. He/She is also RESPONSIBLE for protecting you and for keeping you and your children safe from emotional, mental and physical harm.
I have seen so many women feeling so guilty about the thought of abandoning their husbands ~ and it can be such a hazy thing to ponder; but if you think about your own, unique situation, you might just realize who really did the abandoning in the first place; and you can therefore set yourself free from that guilt.

| IF you ever get to the point where you even contemplate divorce then it may be that time. I had to realize that for myself. I had to understand that if there is a possibility that I can see myself without him then I don't need to be with him. |

| If you must divorce someone do not feel guilt. Many times a divorce is necessary due to abuse or infedelity. Leaving your spouse if they have done one of those things to you is not agandonment. |

I just started taking byetta. I sometimes feel like my food has fermented in my stomach, then I have diareeha sp all day sometimes especially when I eat salads. Is this normal? I would appreciate any advice.
